digiChart Announces New Executives and New Offices

Brentwood, TN - July 15, 2010 - digiChart, Inc. digiChart, Inc. today announced the appointment of two new members to its executive team, Bob Allen and Stephen Faris. The company also announced the relocation of its headquarters to Brentwood, TN, a nearby suburb of Nashville, TN.
Bob Allen joins digiChart as National Director of Sales. Mr. Allen will be responsible for all the sales and marketing efforts of the company. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales in McKesson’s Physician Practice Solutions business. He brings over 20 years experience in sales and healthcare technology.
Stephen Faris will serve as Vice President of Technology, leading digiChart’s product development and technical operations. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Healthgate Data Corporation and has extensive experience consulting with companies on their technology and applications strategies.

The move positions the leader in OB-GYN electronic medical records and practice management systems software for its growth plans and will enable improved service and support for its customers throughout the United States.
