To ensure a smooth transition to our applications, we immediately work with you to establish a project team, your deployment schedule and your training needs. digiChart OB-GYN is easy to setup, understand and implement – quickly allowing your practice to reduce costs, realize greater operational efficiencies and improve overall patient care.
Unlike many other systems on the market, there are no templates to build in our EHR. We pre-load hundreds of commonly used OB-GYN diagnoses, procedures, medications and treatment plans. The latest OB-GYN medical content and tools such as the standard Antepartum Record are pre-built into the solution Our Web-based practice management system is designed to significantly reduce implementation and training time, positioning your practice to more quickly recognize the expected return on investment.
To prepare for standard digiChart OB-GYN training, your practice will assign a project manager, who will actively participate on conference calls and Web-based training sessions, completing a technical assessment and validating your setup and database profile. Everyone in your practice will devote time to learning the application and adjusting to using new hardware, like TabletPCs. Shortly after training, your practice will begin the Go-Live phase in which we will evaluate your current workflow, make necessary adjustments and start using digiChart OB-GYN in your practice’s daily operations.
Within 90 days following Go-Live, digiChart will conduct, with you and your staff, a workflow analysis and practice evaluation. Your digiChart implementation specialist will help you streamline your workflow processes to eliminate inefficiencies. The required amount of time for the Post Go-Live Consultation will depend upon how effectively all members of your staff are using digiChart and the depth to which workflow will be refined.
Ongoing, our customer service team will always be available to answer questions and work through issues you may have. Through this process, you will give feedback to us that will appear in later version of our software. Remember, digiChart only serves OB-GYN, so all feedback is from practices like yours and is a key reason our applications are the best for the specialty.
