The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) is an organization devoted to advancing knowledge and expertise in reproductive medicine and biology. The ASRM is a voluntary, non-profit organization. Members must demonstrate the high ethical principles of the medical profession, evince an interest in reproductive medicine and biology, and adhere to the objectives of the Society. digiChart and ASRM have agreed to jointly develop and distribute the ASRM standard infertility history form. By virtue of this agreement, digiChart has exclusive rights to distribute the electronic version of the ASRM Standard History Form through digiChart OB-GYN.

HIMSS EHRVA operates on the premise that the rapid, widespread adoption of EHRs will help improve the quality of patient care and the productivity of the healthcare system.
